Most recruiting platforms try to serve every sport at once. The result is a profile that asks a pitcher and a point guard the same questions and gives a college coach nothing worth filtering on.
Get Committed does one sport. That means the profile has a fastball range and a top, a slider, a curveball, a changeup, a cutter, a splitter and a sweeper. It has exit velocity, a 60 time, infield arm and outfield arm. It has a grad year, a GPA and a test score. Those are the fields that decide whether a coach makes a call, so those are the fields the search runs on.
This first edition is built for one program: Philadelphia Area Baseball. Our athletes, our rosters, our events. Getting it right for one organization before opening it to others is the whole point — a recruiting tool that half works for everybody helps nobody.
The platform launches with one demo athlete and no one else. There are no padded rosters, no scraped profiles, no fabricated showcase results. Every coach and every athlete on Get Committed signed up and entered their own information.
When a coach opens an athlete's profile, the athlete is told which school it was. When a coach comes back to search, the players they have already opened carry a VIEWED badge. Interest is recorded once and shown to both parties — recruiting is stressful enough without guessing.
There is no paid tier. Athletes, parents and college coaches all get the same thing: unlimited search, an unlimited watchlist, saved searches, the recruiting board, exports, the lot. Nothing is held back and nothing asks for a card.
